In 2018 we re-launched our back-office services as BVSC Business Solutions with the aim of bringing both our established (HR and Payroll) and new (Human Resources) services all under one banner.
We have in place a highly effective team of individuals – all experts in their own fields – with experience and knowledge of the not-for-profit sector, and an understanding of the issues, risks and challenges that smaller organisations face.
Our vision is for BVSC Business Solutions to be a one-stop-shop where organisations can access bespoke and cost-effective support at a level that is right for them and their organisation, and with the ability to scale it up and down according to business need.
Payroll and Finance
Our Payroll and Finance Services are well established and highly valued by a variety of local organisations. Currently we have 45 payroll clients and 30 clients accessing our finance services. The following testimonials give first-hand accounts of the services provided to two Birmingham based organisations, Datus and Birmingham Music Archive.
We have been providing HR Consultancy services for years on an unofficial basis. Over the past two years however we have begun to develop this aspect of our business so that we can offer HR services more widely. The support we provide can be accessed on the basis of a monthly retainer, or on an ad-hoc basis.
Most recently we’ve been providing HR support to the West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network. The following testimonial has been provided by the organisation’s Executive Director, Robin Brierley.
